Charge your phone, connect to a stable network and install the call application. Place your camera on a stand at eye level, turn on the lights in front, and turn off notifications that might interrupt your conversation.
Prepare a Plan B
Before the meeting, check your microphone, headphones, and call link. If you need to share your screen, type text, or work with a large file, prepare your computer in advance or warn your interlocutor.
