Remove the causes of unstable contact
Place the phone in the center of the charger, remove excess cards and metal inserts, clean the surface and do not cover it with a cloth. The case must support a compatible magnetic standard and not be excessively thick.
Monitor temperature and power
Avoid charging your device in direct sunlight and leave some space around the adapter. If heating becomes unusual, stop charging and check the cable, power supply, case, and battery condition.
